Based in Montreal (Canada) & Kingston (Jamaica), Gold Up is led by founder and CEO Raph - formerly Sativa Sound of France - and Dancehall’s popular composer Zack Ariyah. Making its debut in 2018 with the release of their single "Belong With Me" featuring Jamaica’s now international sensation Shenseea - currently holds over 2.5 million views on YouTube.
They quickly found their groove and started releasing more heavy hitting tracks such as Reggae rooted Iba Mahr's “Concentrate”. Throughout 2019, Gold Up had the opportunity to collaborate with many talented artists from Jamaica, Canada, Trinidad and Ghana, leading them to release their debut album early 2020 entitled “Prelude.”
Gold Up began working with some of Dancehall's iconic artists - Konshens, Aidonia, Mr Vegas, Chronic Law, that cemented their fan base and lead them to surpass over 1 million streams on Spotify.
This year 2021, Gold Up made waves with their viral single "Barrel" featuring Badda General and Zj Liquid. That single earned a remix with Ghanaian “King of Dancehall” Shatta Wale and UK based dancehall artist Stylo G. Another banger titled "Blow Up" followed, where Shatta Wale in collaboration with Jamaica's top trending artist Skillibeng hit #1 on Apple Charts.
"Mi Nice Mi Nuh Drunk" by Kyodi then rocked the airwaves and took over the Jamaican’s streets, before their latest release "Bubble It" with Dancehall’s legend Busy Signal, catapulted Gold Up onto the mainstream stages.
With over 10 million streams around the world, fans are now requesting to hear Gold Up play in their city and Gold Up is eagerly anticipating uplifting their audience with high energy and positive music.
